We're hiring for several part-time roles: Content Marketing Strategist, PR & Partnerships Consultant, Content Operations Coordinator (social media focus), PR & Outreach Coordinator, Community & Events Coordinator

Content Marketing Strategist
Approx. 10-20 hrs/week | $30-$45/hr | Remote | Flexible Hours
You’ll be the voice of The Guidepost Co. across platforms—planning for content that’s warm, wise, and deeply resonant with modern families. From newsletters to Reels captions to blog posts and podcast hooks, you’ll guide our content strategy and tone of voice with creativity and heart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and schedule all campaign-related content: blogs, social, email flows, captions
- Develop and manage a seasonal content calendar across multiple channels in alignment with campaigns
- Collaborate with founders on podcast content themes and social cutdowns
- Work closely with content coordinators to direct visuals, captions, and repurposing plans
- Provide brand direction and creative support for all messaging touchpoints
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with social-first brands across IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and FB
- Deep understanding of content strategy for storytelling and conversion
- Ability to adapt tone and structure for long-form and short-form content
- Familiarity with podcast content direction and visual repurposing
- Strategic thinker with a warm, relational writing style
PR & Partnerships Consultant
Approx. 5-15 hrs/week | $40-$55/hr | Remote | Flexible Hours
You’ll help us show up in the world in big and small ways—from press to podcast features to community partners. You bring polish, thoughtfulness, and strategy to outreach efforts that feel as human as the brand we’re building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage PR calendar in sync with campaign themes
- Write and refine pitches, media kits, and one-sheets
- Identify and coordinate outreach to aligned media, podcasts, and partner orgs
- Work alongside a PR coordinator to guide day-to-day execution
- Advise on influencer/ambassador program strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in PR, brand partnerships, or editorial media
- Strong writing and pitching skills, with a strong network of media contacts
- Experience with mission-driven or parenting/lifestyle brands is a big plus
- Collaborative, insightful, and proactive
- Can balance storytelling with strategy and ROI

Content Operations Coordinator (Social Media Focus)
Approx. 12-15 hrs/week | $18/hr | Remote | Flexible Hours
You’re the behind-the-scenes engine powering our content across platforms. From scheduling to clipping videos, you make sure every message lands beautifully and consistently. You live and breathe social: Reels, TikToks, Pinterest pins, Canva, and clean captions are your love language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Format and schedule social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Create scroll-stopping graphics in Canva (using our brand templates)
- Cut and caption short video clips from podcast, livestreams, and interviews
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong familiarity with IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and FB content strategy
- Fast, clean execution using tools like Canva, CapCut, Planoly, and/or Meta Suite
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
- Independent and proactive—you get things done with minimal hand-holding
- Bonus: experience working with lifestyle or mission-driven brands
PR & Outreach Coordinator
Approx. 12-15 hrs/week | $18/hr | Remote | Flexible Hours
You’ll help us get the word out by supporting influencer and ambassador outreach, PR list building, podcast pitching, and more. You’re curious, organized, and love helping brands show up in new places.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and maintain lists of relevant media outlets, podcasts, and influencers
- Support email and DM outreach campaigns (using templates)
- Track responses and maintain a simple CRM or Airtable
- Coordinate product gifting and follow-ups
- Brainstorm new partnership or ambassador opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communicator with clear, professional writing
- Interested in media, storytelling, or influencer strategy
- Highly organized and self-starting
- Comfortable in a support role that helps campaigns take off

Community & Events Coordinator
Approx. 12-15 hrs/week | $18/hr | Remote | Flexible Hours
You’ll help bring the "heart" of Guidepost to life through community touchpoints and thoughtful partnerships. If you're highly organized and love communityy building, online and in-person connection, or bringing people together around meaningful conversation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch and coordinate national speaking engagements (PTAs, service orgs, other industry organizations)
- Research aligned national community events and potential local hosts
- Moderate community comments or questions on IG/FB/Pinterest
- Help plan and manage our monthly virtual “Sunday Circle” livestreams
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable with research and cold outreach to organizations
- Warm, friendly, and great with digital etiquette
- Strong research and follow-up skills
- Passion for helping families build connection
