We treat this information as highly sensitive. We only use it to generate your custom Guidepost and to improve the quality of our services. We NEVER sell, license, or share your individual responses with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Guidepost Creation Process
Our Guidepost creation process uses a combination of:
- Human review, to ensure quality and clarity;
- Artificial intelligence, to synthesize inputs, recognize patterns and themes in your family inputs, and format your family’s responses into a Guidepost.
We only use your information to create your Guidepost. Inputs are not used to train any third-party AI systems. All inputs are processed securely, and we use privacy-focused large language models where possible. We may de-identify data (removing names or other personal details) for internal improvement purposes.

- Directly from you when you use the Services;
- Automatically from your browser or device;
- From third-party services you use to log in or interact with us (e.g. Instagram, TikTok).
